The J06 Mechanical Seal is an advanced wave metal bellows seal designed for the most demanding industrial applications. Engineered as a replacement for John Crane Type 609, it provides an elastomer-free sealing solution with superior stability under extreme pressure and temperature conditions.
This seal supports pressures up to 2 MPa (single wave) and up to 6.9 MPa (double wave), with operating speeds up to 25 m/s and a wide temperature range from -75°C to +425°C. The wave bellows design enhances flexibility and improves dynamic response, ensuring consistent sealing performance even under thermal expansion and mechanical stress.
Manufactured from premium materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced alloys including AM350, Inconel 718, Titanium, Hastelloy-C, and Alloy-20, the J06 offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, high temperature, and fatigue, making it ideal for critical and high-risk industrial environments.
